800 alloys typically contain 15-25% Cr, 30-45% nickel, and small amounts of aluminum and titanium.
800 alloy is in austenite single zone after high temperature and fast cooling, therefore, the use state is a single austenite structure.
The alloy has high chromium content and enough nickel content, so it has high corrosion resistance at high temperature and is widely used in industry.
In chloride, low concentration of NaOH aqueous solution and high temperature and high pressure water, has excellent stress corrosion cracking performance, so used to manufacture stress corrosion cracking equipment
