Gr2 has low strength, good plasticity, good low temperature toughness and high corrosion resistance.It has good pressure processing performance, but poor cutting performance.Combustion can occur when heated in nitrogen, so titanium should be protected by argon during heating and welding.Good welding performance, not sensitive to heat treatment

USES:

Mainly designed for use in working temperature below 350°C, small force, but requires good plastic stamping parts and corrosion resistant structural parts processing, such as aircraft skeleton, skin, engine accessories;Marine corrosion-resistant pipes, valves, pumps and hydrofoil, seawater desalination system components;Chemical heat exchanger, pump body, distillation tower, cooler, stirrer, impeller, fastener, tees, ion pump, compressor valve and diesel engine piston, leaf spring and connecting rod, etc.
